The massive organ (fnarr!) of The Pike and Musket Society<\/a>. Originally started in 1984 as the local scandal-rag, Das<\/del> The Routier<\/em>. With the expansion to Victoria, South Australia and the ACT in Winter 1994, it became The National Routier<\/em>. It soon gained overseas notoriety in the Home Counties and the Americas, becoming The International Routier<\/em> in spring 1997. A brief experiment with The Intergalactic Routier<\/em> unfortunately exploded on the launch pad in mid 2008. One issue survived the detonation, problems exist with typography and pagination and the resulting time vortex set the date on the cover a year earlier than it should be but at least it has its heart in the right place. Also its spleen.<\/p>\n

Other publications by this august body include two editions of The Routier Cyclopedia<\/em>, The Compleat Routier Song Book<\/em>, The Routier Gaming Manual<\/em> and The Reverend, hys Bigge Book of Leather<\/em>, this last one developing a life of its own and spawning a blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n
