VINBELJA:”Winebags” was the name given to the Varangian Guards, reportedly by Byzantine Emperor ‘Kirjalax'(Alegius I), but more likely by John II Comnenus, (Heimskringla, and elsewhere). This was the newsletter of the NVG Port Hedland garrison.
